DSTNDSTN

Your points become trips

Almost everybody is holding points they are never going to spend. DSTN Rewards will be one balance that takes them in.

One balance, all of it travel

One balance, all of it travel

Hotel points, airline miles and card points arrive as different things and leave as the same thing. The valve is the design: in, and no path back out.

In design

How it will work

Step 1 of 3

Bring in what you already have

You will link a programme and see the balance. Nothing will convert without you confirming it.

You will link a programme and see the balance. Where there is an agreement with the issuer you will be able to convert it, at a number posted up front the way a bureau de change posts a board. Where there isn't one yet, you will be able to see the balance and tell us you want it — nothing will be converted behind your back, and nothing will move without you confirming it.

What we won't claim

If you know how to route points, you will beat our number. Every time.

If you know how to route 60,000 hotel points into a fifth-night-free award at a peak property, you will beat our number. Every time. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and that person is not who this is built for.

It is built for the balances that never get redeemed at all — industry estimates put that at roughly half of the points issued — held by people who were never going to learn an award chart, whose balance is quietly counting down to an expiry date, and for whom the honest alternative to a posted number is not an aspirational suite. It is zero. That is the comparison we will ask to be judged on, and it is one we can make without an asterisk.

Run rewards on DSTN

If you run a programme — a bank card, a hotel group, a regional carrier — DSTN is designed to be where your members spend.

You would keep the programme and the rate; we would supply the travel catalogue you would otherwise have to go and source, the ledger underneath it, and reporting you can put in front of an auditor. A co-brand partner sells points. This would consume them, at a price you set, which makes the two complementary rather than competitive.

Be there when the balance opens

Join the waitlist and we will write when there is a programme you can actually link. Everyone on the list gets early access and launch perks.

Rewards launches with our first markets. Nothing on this page is live today, and no conversion rate has been posted yet.
